Sri Putramas

This 950 sq ft unit at Sri Putramas was taken through a full-home renovation and handed back in eight weeks. Every room was reworked — living, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms — around a consistent palette of warm cream walls, oak-toned timber and marble-look surfaces.

The living area is anchored by two built-in feature walls: a fluted timber panel and a gold-veined marble-look slab behind the TV, lit from above by a recessed cove-lighting layout. Bedrooms carry full-height bespoke wardrobes trimmed in dark timber, each with an integrated mirrored dresser nook. The galley kitchen pairs handleless white uppers with oak-veneer base units under a marble-look stone counter and full-height backsplash.

Bathrooms are finished in grey marble-look tile with black fixtures throughout, and the unit is wired for smart-home control. The result is a warm, move-in-ready home that makes a modest floor plan feel considered rather than compact.
